I’ve already checked and cleared the under-sink pipe and removed the kinked drain hose completely cleared and filter as well emptied everything but yet the washing machine drum is not rotating in any dials. 1) Remove old washing machine and install the new one. To access the connections the integrated dishwasher next to it needs to be moved and reinstalled. The old washing machine will be collected by AO once removed. 2) Install tumble dryer - a hole was cut into the side of the kitchen cabinet to plug in the old one. The hole needs to be made bigger for the new plug to go through it and put the tumble dryer in place. The old tumble dryer has already been removed

I brought this washing machine about 1year ago I used it least than a year is still very good condition just as new.

Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

Current connector to washing machine has a slow leak (as evidenced by the limescale on pipe on the picture). The valve needs replacement, the pipe needs clearing of limescale, and the dishwasher needs reconnecting.
