I need two light fittings to be changed and need a dimmer switch put in. I need the plastering around the light fittings to be done and then also a wall to be sanded/plastered and painted. There's also a very small section of wall I need to be tiled. Not sure how much it will cost so very open to negotiating. I have the paints and tiles but don't have plastering materials - Due date: Flexible

I have 9 radiators in my house. Photos are included to show the below: 2 need installing - the pipes are there and capped off but will need moving slightly. One of these is a bay window radiator i.e. angled, the other is a traditional-style column (box shown). 1 vertical radiator is up and working but the brackets aren't fixed to the wall properly so it needs rehanging. The other 6 are already installed, all standard round top radiators or heated towel rails. One is currently shut off because of a leak. There is currently some air getting into the system so this needs fixing, and some of the valve caps need putting back on although this itself is simple. Let me know if you need more details. I'd like this done quite shortly if possible, e.g. by end Thurs. I can provide parking.

(Note: I can cover parking.) I'm looking for someone to do some fairly straightforward jobs in my home, mostly cutting wood and fitting. Put up doorstops in doorframes (4 full-size, 1 cupboard under the stairs). I have the doorstops but they need cutting to size. Cut pieces of board and put over hatch over manhole and in 3 gaps in floor (by radiator, by patio doors, in doorway) - they will be covered by flooring at a later stage. I have boards that can be used for these. Fit windowsill - I have the sill and the edge is the right profile, so it just needs cutting to size and fitting. Not sure what bonding is needed for this. Fit 2 small pieces of skirting in bathroom (on either side of the bath). I have skirting and it just needs cutting to size. Mount 2 blinds (on wall over metal lintel) , 2 loo roll holders and 1 mirror (all on tile). I have attached some photos but please feel free to ask any questions.
