Hi All, There is a fault in the fire panel, and the landlord has mentioned that it needs Batteries - 3x AA & 3x C (Specialist Varta) in the basement smoke sensor to be changed, and the fire panel to be reset. Mount a mirror on the wall: 170cm x 65cm

Need a 49” TV to be mounted on the wall. I have purchased the wall mount - see pictured. Wall is concrete or brick I believe and is pictured. I do not have the necessary tools, so please have all tools needed.

I have a few things that I need help with mounting on the wall: 1. Shelf with coat hooks - to be mounted on the wall in the hallway. I tried to do this the other day and did an awful job so would rather have someone better come and help! I’ve left the anchors that I’d initially put in the wall as figure we can just put new ones in and start again (I failed to get the screws and anchors to line up correctly). 2. Wooden tapestry rod to be mounted on wall of second room. Will want to mount the rod together with the tapestry. This rod is pretty long, it’s about 2.4m wide and will want to hang fairly high up the wall so would imagine you’ll need to stand on a ladder to put the fixings into the wall. I have a 5-step ladder so can use that if it’s useful/high enough. 3. Mount mirror above the stairs in the hallway. The mirror is fairly small and light. This part of the wall is cement/brick though (other areas are plasterboard). FYI I have a drill and a box set of different size wall anchors and screws which can be used.

Hang a large painting by drilling two screws into the wall. See picture for the wall (added complexity is it just requires a bit of reach over the rails) (Optional: Help move two boxes into attic, requires a ladder to be brought. Will pay extra.)
