Need a man in a van to help me move house (one bed flat)

Need a man with van to provide removals services. It is a one bed flat but there is not a large amount of stuff. A few small/medium bits of furniture, plus one persons stuff (bags and boxes etc). I'll be needing to be moved from Forest Gate to Kington Upon Thames this Saturday (11th June), preferably in the afternoon but I'm flexible on time. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 11 June 2022
