We can't access the pipes behind the washing machine, in order to get rid of the old one and get a new one installed. Don't need to install new washing machine, just need to allow us access to the pipes

I need possibly a plumber, to remove my old bathroom unit and install a new one. To remove my shower door and install a new one, and remove the shower head and install a rainfall shower head instead. Everything is bought and ready to be installed. Happy to negotiate the price, and date.

My toilet doesn't flush properly. The tissue doesn't go down as it should. Each time l flush, it just floats around and sometimes I've had to use a bucket to clear it. I also bought and used a heavy-duty toilet plunger and HG drain and plug unblocker, but unfortunately, there's been no improvement.

I have noticed a leak come through my kitchen ceiling after use of the shower. I think the bath may need resealed.

I tried to do DYI on a leaking kitchen tap. It didn’t seem to work. Now I’m calling a professional.
