Slow water leak from toilet when flushed. Clean water from tank not dirty toilet water

My toilet doesn't flush properly. The tissue doesn't go down as it should. Each time l flush, it just floats around and sometimes I've had to use a bucket to clear it. I also bought and used a heavy-duty toilet plunger and HG drain and plug unblocker, but unfortunately, there's been no improvement.

I have noticed a leak come through my kitchen ceiling after use of the shower. I think the bath may need resealed.

I tried to do DYI on a leaking kitchen tap. It didn’t seem to work. Now I’m calling a professional.
