One gas burner is not working and button is missing

I need a plumber to replace shower cartridge. I have ordered a new cartridge and should have it by this Friday (28 March). It is Bristan shower. There is no issue with the shower just the cartridge is old and tight.

My bath overflow pipe leaks, this needs fixing and the downstairs ceiling has been damaged because of leak, this either needs replaced or patched if possible

Shower pressure is so weak even if the new shower pump was installed about 1 year ago

We have a tap in our back garden which is connected to pipe that chases up a wall and into the attic. Before we bought the house, the pipes froze and burst (at the point where it sits in the attic) so it was disconnected and turned off at the mains. We would like this repairing (I think it simply needs a connecting pipe) and a hose reel drilling into the external wall in the garden for the tap to attach to. Pipe is easily accessible in the attic.
