Heat only boiler. Pump works. Actuator changed. Hot water works fine, central heating will not come on.

I need a plumber to fix a bath/shower mixer tap that is only producing scalding hot water. The hot pressure is overpowering the cold. ​Important Context: * This issue started immediately after a new toilet was installed in the same bathroom. ​I suspect there may be debris in the filters or a need for non-return valves. ​Please diagnose if it needs a repair (filters/valves) or a full replacement of the mixer

Our shower only throws out boiling hot water. It has a hot and cold feed so we think there is some sort of regulator that needs replacing

Bathroom has a bath with a shower over it. I'd like to replace this with a single shower cubicle. I'll supply the unit so I need a price for fitting it
