I need help assessing a possible water leak from my bathroom into my kitchen ceiling below. The leak seems to come from the shower area — possibly due to damaged or unsuitable wall tiles or poor waterproofing behind them. I would like: An initial inspection to identify the exact source of the leak. Advice on whether the shower wall tiles need replacement. If that’s confirmed, a budget for the removal of old tiles and proper installation of new waterproof tiles, sealing included.
