Find an experienced local plumber in Thanet

I have a leaking shower control valve and a plug lever that no longer works. Both need fixing.

We have a leak under the sink in our flat kitchen

Replacement Bristan Colonial Overhead Shower mixer cartridge. I have a new cartridge from Bristan.

Moved into house where downstairs shower tray seal leaks onto floor. Tray not at good angle to drain water away. Replacement and resealing required.

UPDATE: **We are willing to pay more within reason, the job can also be done on Monday** Washing machine needs connection, see picture for current fixings (I believe a dishwasher was there previously), a new part will likely be needed, part of the waste under the sink is connected, it needs to be connected to the waste running outside, the washing machine will need to be connected to this waste, a new trap will likely be needed, see photos for current set up. I will be able to pick up the parts if needed.

We need an experienced plumber to install a wet room and remove a bathtub. The wet room is for a disabled relative so we will need a rail put up.
