Find an experienced local plumber in Orpington

Need washing machine plumbed in. There is existing plumbing from the previous owners so this just needs to be connected.

1) There is no water pressure in bathtub shower and toilet of common bathroom 2) Issue in couple of heating radiators which need bleeding 3) The power showers in enclosed bath make a huge noise, can anything be done to reduce that

I actually have a leak on one of my tap as per the photos / video. The leak only occurs when the tap is switched on. Looking for a repair assuming it's simple or if you advise a new tap then happy for you to install it. Please quote for a repair or install of a tap. If it is a tap pls advise sizing. Im looking for similar tap as this but with a pull out spray. Looking to do this asap. Thanks

Pipes came off and is leaking

1. Fix toilet to tiles and ensure waste is secured tightly 2. Seal sink down to work top 3. Seal skirting behind kitchen sink

Need old sink, shower unit, Bday and toilet uninstalled and all should be then taken to skip outside. Old tiles on wall should also be removed but limiting any damage to existing walls.
