Leaking Close-Coupled, Back-to-Wall Toilet – Investigation & Repair Needed I have a small leak coming from behind my close-coupled, back-to-wall toilet. A plumber has advised that the silicone will need to be cut and the toilet pulled forward to properly investigate the source of the leak. The issue is likely to be one of the following: • Water supply pipe • Flush pipe • Pan connector All three have an equal chance of being the cause. I’m looking for a licensed and experienced plumber who can: • Safely remove/cut the existing silicone • Pull the toilet forward • Identify the source of the leak • Repair or replace the faulty part • Reinstall and reseal the toilet properly Please quote including labour and let me know if parts would be additional depending on what’s found. Flexible with timing but would prefer this fixed as soon as possible.

The toilet flusher is not working properly

I need a plumber to fix two separate leaks. 1. Under-sink leak (kitchen): The feed valve for my under-sink RO (reverse osmosis) water system is leaking. The blue-handled inlet valve needs to be replaced. Please also check the connected RO tubing to make sure there are no further leaks. 2. Bathtub leak (bathroom): The bathtub overflow is leaking from behind the cover, likely due to a worn or loose gasket. The silicone seal around the bathtub is mouldy and needs to be removed and re-sealed. Please check the bathtub waste pipe underneath for any leakage. The flat is small and easy to access. I will be at home to provide entry. Please bring standard plumbing tools and materials for valve replacement and silicone re-sealing.

The shower head keeps dripping. Might need a new cartridge.

Our shower is only coming out hot. It starts out as cold but very soon goes very hot and we can't then adjust the temperature to make ir cooler.
