I need someone to fix a loose joint in a downpipe toward the back of my house. There is a joint in the downpipe and that joint has gone loose causing water to leak and run off when it rains. It would either need replacing or fixing.

Have a new kitchen sink dishwasher and waste disposal. The waste pipes need re configuring as leaking and pipes keep getting blocked from the waste disposal unit. Waste pipe height needs reducing too.
