We are looking for an experienced, reliable plumber to swap out our existing shower for a bathtub. We have the bath and the taps (with shower head attachment) ready to go. We aren't looking for a full bathroom renovation—just a solid, safe plumbing installation. The Job Includes: Removal: Safely disconnecting and removing the current large shower unit. Waste Pipe Adjustment: There is a waste pipe to the right that is currently boxed in; this needs to be moved/lowered to accommodate the new bath. Installation: Plumbing in the new bath and installing the taps/shower head. Focus: We only need the plumbing and installation done correctly. You do not need to worry about tiling, filling holes in the walls, or decorative finishing, as we will be handling the "making good" ourselves. What we provide: The bathtub. We need to convert an existing WC room into a working shower for a short-term setup (6–12 months). Not looking for a high-end finish — just practical, safe and reliable. IMAGE ATTACHED OF THE POD WE WILL USE and have used. A couple images attached showing 2 other commercial sites we recently installed these at. Occupants move in from Monday 5 January, so timing is important (small flexibility possible). Two options under consideration: Option 1 (preferred): Remove WC and install a shower pod (we supply), connecting waste by gravity into the existing WC outlet/soil stack (110mm → 50mm adaptor). Option 2: Keep WC, install shower pod in corner and connect waste to soil stack if accessible. Shower can be electric or hot/cold feed, depending on pressure and your advice. We’d like to avoid breaking the concrete floor if possible. Looking for someone experienced . We’ve installed similar setups elsewhere and photos attached.
