Find an experienced local plumber in Harlow

We stopped using the toilet as it kept on blocking. We would like parts to be included in the job including fitting a new seat for the toilet. The room also needs to be cleaned so it’s pristine.

Price shown is a guide only (based on ~2 days’ labour and minor plumbing parts). Happy to discuss and agree scope before awarding. We need to convert an existing WC room into a working shower for a short-term setup (6–12 months). Not looking for a high-end finish — just practical, safe and reliable. Occupants move in from Monday 5 January, so timing is important (small flexibility possible). Two options under consideration: Option 1 (preferred): Remove WC and install a shower pod (we supply), connecting waste by gravity into the existing WC outlet/soil stack (110mm → 50mm adaptor). Option 2: Keep WC, install shower pod in corner and connect waste to soil stack if accessible. Shower can be electric or hot/cold feed, depending on pressure and your advice. We’d like to avoid breaking the concrete floor if possible. Looking for someone experienced . We’ve installed similar setups elsewhere and photos attached.

Noticed leaking underneath the dishwasher and from the pipe line connection area. Couldn’t locate the exact place. I think it’s happening while draining the dishwasher

Install a new kitchen mixer tap and re-seal a bath.

Change mixer tap kitchen sink. Fix fault to outside tap. Re-seal bath. Remove old wrong coloured seal and re-seal bath.

I need a price for replacing a shower with a bath tube, change the toilet with an incorporate one and any other changing replacing shower instalation if is necessary.

Gear box is leaking fluid i need the leak/s fixed and topped up with gearbox fluid

The push button toilet flush chrome part has come detached from the back of the toilet flush and the flush itself is sticking. I would like the whole flush replaced. This is a concealed cistern toilet. - Due date: Flexible

Need someone to replace old bath taps to a new mixer tap and also install a shower rail. Paying for labour only. Shouldn’t take longer than an hour. - Due date: Flexible
