The pole which attached the shower head above the bath was attached with a screw that seems to have rusted away. We need a new pole to be attached to the tiled wall so we can hang up the shower again.

The tiles in the shower room need the old grout removed and replaced. Currently leaking (currently has sealant to prevent leaks)

We have a leaky toilet, going through overflow pipe and into the bowl. So it's likely that either the fill valve or flush valve is not working.
