Hi - I have an outdoor faucet that has started leaking despite being fully ‘closed’. Looking for someone to repair. I work from home so can be very flexible on timing.

Kitchen mixer single lever tap needs to be replaced. I need offer when you bring the tap and type of tap and installation only.

Bath taps need replacing. Have the taps, need them fitted.

Need dishwasher plumbing checked and fridge freezer fitted into the kitchen cabinet.

I have a problem with the toilet in the house. Water in the toilet rank is running continuously. Could be a cistern or simpler.

Looking for a qualified plumber to remove existing fittings and install the 1st fix and then come back to install the 2nd fix fittings after we do the tiling. This includes a wall hang toilet (currently a standard one), shower tray and shower fittings, shower door (none at present), a small basin and a radiator (all to be placed in the same locations). This is for a very small underneath the stairs shower room. We are looking to do the tiling ourselves to make savings. After this project, we would need the same for the main bathroom.

Tap is leaking (just a drop at a time) and the rubber seal needs to be replaced. Or if you can advice if it's best to replace tap long term. Quick job but looking for a local plumber to help with other larger tasks with bathroom and kitchen renovation.

The siliac on seal in the shower has worn off I tried to use a sealant tape to fix it but it has not worked. There is slight water damage to the ceiling downstairs so I want it repaired pofessionally. Also the sink in the kitchen needs to be sealed as the silicone seal has come out.

Currently have a bar mixer shower which needs replacing with a new one. Have bought a e new Mira shower and need this installing.

Need a plumber to help us remove the old toilet, small basin and shower tray to install new wall toilet, basin and shower tray with folding door and small radiator. This is underneath the stairs so small dimensions and locations of items will be the same. We will get a tiler to come and work on the tiling around the shower and toilet. Flexible with times. Also, looking to do main bathroom after this.

Got a new towel radiator as old one packed up. The Pipes don't align now as it's a bit more deeper than previous rad. Looking to get the piping connected to the towel radiator. The width of the pipes are correct just that the pipes are a little behind the towel radiator. Need adjusting or pipes bent correctly to attach to the existing isolator pipes. - Due date: Flexible

The automatic air vent, 15mm for the Megaflo, has failed and is now leaking. The boiler also had leaks, but Vaillant attended today and resolved that issue. However, they the Megaflo water tank repairs are not covered by the insurance. We need to source and replace the faulty part. I believe this may be causing issues as we have no hot water - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 3 November 2023

Shower is spitting water everywhere, damage to cable, needs hole drilled & added shower handle put up. Tap outside is dripping won't close off - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 31 October 2023

We have a blocked toilet that seems to be deeper than expected. We have used a plunger, a drain snake and neither worked. Its fully full right now and I really need this sorted this evening - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 12 May 2023
