Plaster/Repair bathroom ceiling where plaster is peeling, likely due to heat and steam. There is also some mould that needs treating before repainting (see photos). Looking for someone who can fix the damage and apply a moisture-resistant finish to prevent future issues.

The paint on our bathroom ceiling is flaking, rather than sanding (which will take ages) we want to board it so we can then paint it.

I use electric vehicles to make up during winter and summer weather conditions such as warm vents and cold vents but the burns are not welcome and one the clarity is too high and the sunlight too uncomfortable am also trying to leave on lesser temps .
