Light plastering where light fixtures no longer fit in holes and where paint has peeled from ceiling

In a bedroom, I have recently had a repair done which has left a hole in the ceiling with damp. That section now has to be cut off and replastered. The section is roughly 1.5m by 3.5m. I will attach video of the ceiling.

Hello I’m looking for someone who can do plastering on march 1

I have this little plastering job to do in a flat in East Ham. It’s a job for less than half a day. Mainly to plaster behind washing machine, refrigerator and where reachable underneath cupboards. Please ignore my budget, but give me a real price. It needs doing very soon. There’s a small portion in the bathroom as well.
