I need a handyman or painter to refresh the exposed copper and waste pipes under my bathroom sink (see attached photos). The pipes currently have peeling paint and some surface oxidation/corrosion that needs to be addressed before painting. The job involves: Surface Prep: Sanding back the peeling paint and cleaning off the green oxidation/corrosion on the copper pipes. Priming: Applying a suitable metal primer (etch primer) to ensure the new paint adheres to the copper. Painting: Applying two coats of moisture-resistant paint (gloss or specialized metal paint) to match the white surroundings. Protection: Ensuring the floor tiles and wall tiles are covered and protected from drips. Requirements: Must bring all supplies (sandpaper, wire brush, primer, and white metal paint). Experience with metal treatment/painting is a plus. Attention to detail to ensure a smooth, clean finish around the valves.

Clean and remove mould from the bathroom ceiling and walls with special spray: HG mould spray (after spray, must wash off and once dry apply dry zone mould resistant emulsion paint ( 1 litre) brilliant white on ceiling and walls. Prep surfaces and paint ceiling and walls with anti-mould bathroom paint as above. Total surface area to paint is max 12msq including ceiling Remove old mouldy silicone around the bath and reapply new anti-mould silicone (anti- mould white bathroom waterproof silicone) Make good the right-hand side bath panel (secure/repair so it looks neat) Notes: Bathroom environment – must use suitable anti-mould products Please supply your own materials and equipment Photos available for reference

Downstairs bathroom needs to be plastered (not the ceiling). One wall behind photo angle is fine, so we have three walls needing at least skim coat (roughly 10 sq m). Right wall and top doorway boxing is very bumping too so may need preparing, or may need taking off and redoing as we want a smooth finish to paint/panel against.
