Three bathrooms that need to be painted. Already have paint. Photos below have room dimension details. Photos also show condition of rooms including water drip stains that need blocking. We have paint for both walls and ceilings. No woodwork necessary.

Wallpapers should be removed from living room, hallway, stairs and should be painted

We are in the process of removing the wallpaper from the living room but the plastering has got a bit damaged in the process. Please can someone help us re plaster the walls in preparation to be painted? See photos for example. It’s just one small living room that needs to be re plastered

Fit 8 fire doors, door frames and architraves. And 2 lounges, 1 kitchen and 1 groundfloor toilet and 3 bwdrooms. Skirting for downstairs hallway and upstairs landing, 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges. We have two landings/staircases that need to be painted. These include hand rails as well. Then two bedrooms in the loft, one child room with some stickers that need removing and then painting and then another room which has a sharp roof and cupboards which can’t be removed so may need to paint around or slightly move cupboards to get behind. There are some walls that need crack and repairs as well prior to painting. I have some paint but will pay for additional paint required

We’re looking for a carpenter and painter who can help us add panelling to our bedroom (3.3m x4m) hallway and stairs (approx 8m). You can see the bedroom on the far left on the floor plan. They’ll get the materials, measure up, add it to the walls and paint and make good the panelling. We want the panelling as per the images attached. - Due date: Flexible but sooner the better
