Bit of context - the pink line of plaster is where we knocked down the wall, and due to the bonding plaster used, the new pink-y plaster stuck fast (and stayed up while the rest fell down!). Quote is not an approved amount with our landlord I just have no idea what the cost will be to repair this. Can you make an estimate on hours to complete these tasks.
