We have some black panels that need painting. They are very flaky. They are on our external front wall. Height goes up to 2nd floor. Fairly clear access at ground floor for ladders, or boom lifts or scaffolding. Images now attached. Our black panels are the ones on the right. I have included a photo of the neighbors freshly painted black panels on the left. We need the black to match. Price is the total price we're paying. So that means the painter bringing their own ladders and equipment and materials. ALSO, please let me know the earliest date that you can do it. Whilst the house is listing for sale in January, we need photo's done before.

We have bought the wall paper Only 1 wall in the bedroom We have bought wallpaper to put on 1 wall , the wallpaper is in 3 rolls and repeats and so it needs to be perfectly aligned If necessary you may need to cut to size. You must have all necessary equipment and tools and it must be done to a high standard.

Half wall in the living room needs to be painted. I only have the paint and no proper rollers or brushes.
