Filling walls and helping me with decorating small hallway

I have a bungalow BTL in Potters Bar that needs a pain "refresh" between tenants. Consequently I just want a price to paint some main areas - eg hallway, kitchen, living room. I have a window of 5 days when the property is empty (July 21-27), so want to just do the best in that time. I am prepared to pay approx £170pd for the 5 days plus materials. Please do not quote if this is not suitable.

Clean all mold/mildew to bathroom ceiling , scrap off all loose or flaking paint , fill and make good where required , apply stain block and matt emulsion

We have a number of walls and ceilings that have an old woodship style wallpaper on them across 4 rooms and a stairwell. We want the wallpaper removed. This can either be done to the surface layer or willing to pay more to also remove the woodchip underlay which may need steaming off. We have the tools available if needed: wallpaper steamer, scrapers, goggles, respirator.

Need 2 main strips of wood retouched with black paint. Will take less than an hour.

I am painting my 1 bed flat ( painting white over the existing white) and I need an extra hand to finish it up on Saturday. Happy to pay £15 per hour .

We are holding a stall on the 9th of June. We are a children’s nursery . We need a face painter to paint children’s 's faces from 12pm to 4pm . We would appreciate if anyone can volunteer as we are raising money for our nursery , but are happy to pay a reasonable price too.

Paint kitchen walls with Dulux grey kitchen paint (already bought). Skimmed base coat already done. Paint 6m of skirting brilliant white. Replace like for like 4m of laminate floor scotia beading (current in damaged - see pic). Beading already bought. Beading adhesive can be supplied if required. *** Further bedroom paint job also but less time critical. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 2 May 2023
