Bathroom wallpaper application to 3 walls.

I’m looking to get the walls painted in my stairwell. It used to have wallpaper which has been removed. So need someone to clean up and sandpaper the walls, and then paint it.

Stairway landing wall paper removal needed. I have done most of it myself it is the top quarter left to do as it is too high for me to reach. I have a wall paper steamer/scrapers and a couple of ladders but there not ideal for the job hence why I’m unable to finish it myself
