I have a new shower/bath faucet but can't remove one of the old compression nuts on the old faucet. I need someone to come and remove this, and add the new faucet on sturdily so there are no leaks. Ideally ASAP so we can wash again!

Shower continually dripping even when in off mode

All other water and taps working in the house but shower not - nothing comes out when turned on, not even a drip - I think it may be the controls broken

Wobbly shower fixture needs tightening

The extractor fan for the bathroom doesn’t seem to be working which’s causing humidity to form in the adjacent bedroom (mould spores under mattress as a result). Need the extractor fan to be functional & to turn off with a timer. I’m not sure exactly where it’s located though. (Flat is currently tenanted- so sadly I can’t be there to assist). Hot water temperature needs to be adjusted in the shower… Tenants are saying that the water is scolding hot.

Hi, I need someone to remove my current shower head and reinstall the original shower head that came with the property. This should be a quick and simple job (unscrew and replace – no drilling or major plumbing required). Please bring basic tools in case the current shower head is tight or needs loosening. I will be available from 6:00pm onwards on Wednesday 8th April, and the job must be completed by this date as I am returning the keys the next day.

Studio flat has only 7 min of hot water, we would like to have continous hot water, or at least 20, 30 min. There is a 100 litres water tank and no boiler available.

We believe one of the drain pipe below corner of the shower is leaking. Remove boxing, inspect pipes and repair as required. New boxing, tiling and mastic around.
