The thermostatic valve on a shower needs cleaning or possibly replacing. It was installed to make servicing impossible. The valve 52mm nut cannot be accessed. The water supply to the shower is off. So, the shower unit needs to be unscrewed from inlet hot and cold supplies and outlets in order to access the valve. This is visit one. Then I will sort out the thermostatic valve. Once that is done - visit two, maybe a week or so later, will be reassembly and checking everything works with no leaks! The suggested price is one visit

I’ve been told the unit is disconnected, but I’d like someone to check that both the electricity and the water pipe behind it are safely dealt with before removing it. Ideally, the job would include: Safely removing and disposing of the old unit Making sure the electrical cable and water supply are properly disconnected/capped Filling or repairing the holes left behind and making the area watertight Making the tiles look as neat as reasonably possible afterwards Please let me know whether you can cover the whole job or whether I’d need a separate electrician or plumber for any part of it. The square valve handle has sheered off internally, so it either needs to be fixed or the component replaced, or the entire fitting replaced.

Hi, I need someone to remove my current shower head and reinstall the original shower head that came with the property. This should be a quick and simple job (unscrew and replace – no drilling or major plumbing required). Please bring basic tools in case the current shower head is tight or needs loosening.
