Yes see attached below the break. The unit is a Grohe 118323 Cosmo Shower System. Seems like the mechanism in the wall got knocked off as you can see a piece got stuck in the handle. I think its the wall mechanism that needs to be replaced, from quick research seems as though its the GROHE Aquadimmer Chrome 47364000 (available on Amazon which I can order).

Hi, I need someone to remove my current shower head and reinstall the original shower head that came with the property. This should be a quick and simple job (unscrew and replace – no drilling or major plumbing required). Please bring basic tools in case the current shower head is tight or needs loosening.
