Shower pump not working. Wirks intermittently

I previously had a leak from my shower tray, which a plumber confirmed was most likely due to failed sealant. He advised it could be fixed with resealing, so I attempted a DIY repair, but it didn’t fully resolve the issue. As a temporary measure, I applied waterproof tape, which has stopped the leak for now. However, I’ve since noticed a gap forming in the skirting board behind the shower wall, and there is also an old stain on the carpet from the earlier leak. I’m now looking for someone to properly fix the issue permanently. This would likely involve removing old sealant, resealing the shower tray correctly, and checking for any underlying issues. I’d also appreciate advice on whether anything else (e.g. movement in the tray or damage behind the wall) needs addressing.

My bathroom shower tap is broken and leaks slightly all the time - with the nut unable to screw back in (see photo). I also need to replace the shower pipe with a taller one. So the job would be to replumb that pipe and screw the shower head back onto the wall higher up, and fix the tap. The kitchen tap is also the wrong way around so the flexible pipes underneath just need to be swapped. I have the new shower pipe.

Guests saying it is hard to adjust temperature and water always come out hot, need to have a look maybe change the system, need to do today.

We've tried bleach and industrial liquid cleaners, they help a bit but the shower is still not draining properly. Need someone to remove the cover and find the blockage. We cannot cover parking expenses but are directly across the road from a station.

I need a plumber or experienced handyman to service my concealed thermostatic shower mixer. We have two of these that need to be done Tasks required: 1. Remove Handle & Faceplate: Carefully remove the matte black temperature handle and faceplate (as seen in the photo). 2. Clean Limescale/Corrosion: There is some buildup and pitting around the base of the handle. I need this cleaned up as much as possible without damaging the finish further. 3. Adjust Temperature Limit: The shower does not get hot enough. I need you to recalibrate the internal thermostatic cartridge/stop ring to allow for a higher maximum temperature (past the current 38°C limit). 4. Inspect for Leaks: Check if the white buildup is caused by a slow leak from the cartridge seals and advise if a new O-ring is needed. Notes: * I am not looking to replace the unit, just to have it serviced and the heat limit adjusted. • Please bring appropriate tools (allen keys/wrenches) and a descaling solution.

Studio flat has only 7 min of hot water, we would like to have continous hot water, or at least 20, 30 min. There is a 100 litres water tank and no boiler available.

I need a qualified plumber to inspect and fix low water pressure in a tenant's shower. The issue appears to be isolated to the shower only. The job includes: • Assessing the cause of the low pressure • Cleaning or replacing the showerhead if needed • Checking the mixing valve, pipes, or pressure regulator • Completing any minor repairs on the spot

We believe one of the drain pipe below corner of the shower is leaking. Remove boxing, inspect pipes and repair as required. New boxing, tiling and mastic around.
