Need help adjusting water pressure in system and fixing a leak in shower thermo mixer

My shower tray leaks. Its mostlikely the sealant and the metal panel el which has separated from the shower door. I've tested it by putting the shower head on the floor and turning on the water to see if it could be the pipes underneath the shower tray that may be leaking and it isn't. It's leaking from the sealant around the edgers. I need someone to remove the old sealant and put a new one in while also reattaching the metal panel back, either replacing it or reattaching it back into the slot.

My Sani flow for the shower gets blocked every few years as debris builds up. I need someone with a water hoover to empty it. The person who does this for me normally is away.

We have 2 items that need fixing: 1. A kitchen sink tap that needs replacing as it's cracked. See photo. 2. A hand shower clip that needs replacing. See photo

There has been a slow leak from our shower, which I believe is from cracked grouting. Once it was discovered it had already rotted away some of the plywood under the bathtub. I need someone to inspect/possibly repair the floor under the bathtub and also reseal the shower, so that it no longer leaks. Since covering the bathroom tiles in plastic, the leaking has stoped.

No water flowing from my electric shower, but there is still electricity running. I think there is an internal issue

The toilet flush function is broken. releasing water at rest. Have to use tape to keep still. Flush button also doesn’t work . shower is also not dispensing any water.

I have replacement shower enclosures which need replacing. Old ones in place still. One is a quadrant shower, one is a square in a loft conversion. both showers have 900 x 900 trays (trays/drains/shower heads do not need replacing)

Plumber has told me it's possible to change my shower valve without removing wall/ resin Unfortunately he's now ill, need someone asap to change the shower valve which I have bought. News parts shown in pics. Also want to check the toilet pan connector brace. Please don't message if can't replace the shower valve without removing wall, I've already had it confirmed it's possible. I need help finding a wall mounted vanity unit and fitting it along with the tap (i have already bought a tap). Also the new shower valve that has been fitted made the water pressure drop, please look into this as well as the new shower frame is leaking in two corners please refer to the pictures. In addition above the vanity unit where tiles finish there is a need for plastic ‘beading’. Any questions please ask. Thanks

need help replacing my old single bathtub taps with my new mixer one that comes with a shower. and also my old sink taps needs to be replaced with new 2lever taps. (the new fittings are black seen in picture) - please, somebody local because i wont be paying for your travel/congestion

Hi, I need someone to remove my current shower head and reinstall the original shower head that came with the property. This should be a quick and simple job (unscrew and replace – no drilling or major plumbing required). Please bring basic tools in case the current shower head is tight or needs loosening. I will be available from 6:00pm onwards on Wednesday 8th April, and the job must be completed by this date as I am returning the keys the next day.

Studio flat has only 7 min of hot water, we would like to have continous hot water, or at least 20, 30 min. There is a 100 litres water tank and no boiler available.

I need a qualified plumber to inspect and fix low water pressure in a tenant's shower. The issue appears to be isolated to the shower only.
