We have just moved into a flat that needs a full refurb but would like a few jobs completed to make living a bit more comfortable in the short term. We have a washing machine but needs to be installed - both plumbing and electrics, hopefully under the sink (see pictures) the bathroom sink tap leaks which we would like fixing /replacing and we would like a temporary new shower fitting installed and a quick fix to make it leak proof where damage has been caused from an existing leak. Doesn’t need to be perfect jobs, just temporary fixes as will all be replaced when the full refurb starts

Hi there, I need 3 things done please: - an old shower head removed and a new one attached. It will need tools, so please bring your own. - a tap handle re-attached. It fell off and appears like it needs to be screwed back on. - a light bulb changed. Bulb already purchased and have a small ladder here.

We believe one of the drain pipe below corner of the shower is leaking. Remove boxing, inspect pipes and repair as required. New boxing, tiling and mastic around.

The hot water pressure in the shower is now very low. The sound of an electric pump/pressure used to come on automatically when you use the shower, but it is now only intermittent. I am unsure whether it is a water pressure or an electrical issue.

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.
