My treadmill belt keeps moving to the right and folding i need it to be aligned properly. I have tried several times but cannot do so

I've moved into a flat, the garden has loads of stuff, and has been undisturbed. I would like to clear it so the space is usable and declutter it/ rearrange the clutter to one spot.
