The studio isn’t too big, and it’s all one room. There’s a small kitchenette, sofa seated area, workdesk, and a bedroom mezzanine, but the main issue is my wardrobe which is absolute chaos no matter how many times I try to fix it. I need someone to throw any perishable goods, and any expired food stuff, and clean any messes caused by the perishables. In addition to this, I also need someone to move things off of the floor and out of the way to allow movers to come in and pack items. Any items can be put anywhere, e.g. on the bed, etc - as long as there is a clear walkway created for the movers. Anything stacked above head height would also need to be brought down and moved out of the way to clear floor space. I would also need photos at the beginning and end of the job. I will not be present on site due to disabilities, but members of the accommodation will be present to let you in and monitor the job. All items have been inventoried in the room, and there are cameras present in the room as well. The job needs to take place on any day from the following; Wednesday 17th July, Thursday 18th July or Friday 19th July. I would recommend starting early, but of course security and staff are on-site at all times, so you are free to start whenever you like, but the job does need to be completed within the day. Addendum: a) There are bin bags inside the residence, yes, in the kitchen area. b) There is an on-site bin area where these can be disposed. c) There are also cleaning products in the room, in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

I just moved in my new house. I have to closets for storage and I need some help putting up shelfs. Any other creative ideas to make the spaces work are welcome.

As I am disabled, I require someone to come around to the property to pack and then remove a studio flat's worth of items. That is a bedroom/main room, a bathroom and a kitchen. The property is on the first floor, but there is a lift so there are essentially no stairs. This will need to be moved to a storage facility - location TBC but will most likely be in London. Warning - this is a LOT of stuff, and because of this, my offer is negotiable. All packing and removal materials will need to be provided. There are furniture items and white goods to move.
