I am looking for a person / local brewery that would allow us the use of their brewing equipment for a once-off project. We require only a small / pilot setup, no more than 100L really. Each year, my colleague and I like to brew our own beer, for personal consumption only. My colleague is a licensed brewer in the UK and has previously operated a brewery in Leeds, so we absolutely know what we are doing. This year however, he has moved to London and all of our equipment is in storage, so we are looking for alternatives. We are happy to come to a location in London and will provide our own ingredients, cans, etc. In the photo is our creation from last year (yes, it was delicious!) Happy to negotiate a fair and reasonable fee, clean up (obviously), and discuss any other conditions. We'll throw in a couple of cans of the end product too ;)

I am redecorating and renovating my 2-bed flat DIY while working full time, so it's a struggle to keep things livable. I need someone who can: - Tidy up in general first of all - Tidy and clean the kitchen (sometimes washing up / loading and unloading the dishwasher) - Vacuum and mop - wipe down surfaces I think twice a week would be a good frequency while I'm doing this DIY project, but we can discuss it after the first session.
