Flush button needs to be replaced. I have done in the past. The old code was Grohe dual flush push button assembly - chrome 42268 000. I think the new code is 42204PI0. Tenants have also reported the kitchen sink leaking but it should be minimum effort as it only requires tighting. the the metal trim between the carpet and the tiled floor has lifted and is partially detached. Size is 1.46 cm. Probably needs to be replaced. Also the two bulbs of the kitchen extractor/range hood need to be replaced

Possible water leak under floor / damp near entrance There appears to be a water leak or water ingress affecting the floor near the entrance door. Water/moisture seems to be coming up through or underneath the flooring, and there is also visible damp/discolouration and bubbling paint at the bottom of the nearby wall/skirting. I’m not sure where the water is coming from, so I need someone to investigate the source of the leak first, check nearby pipework/plumbing, and advise what repair is required. The issue appears to be recent and I would like it checked as soon as possible to prevent further damage.

Kitchen Leak Investigation and Repair Required I have a kitchen leak that is appearing between the laminate floorboards. The leak often occurs after the dishwasher has been running, particularly towards the end of the cycle when it is draining. I am looking for someone with plumbing experience to investigate the source of the leak and carry out any necessary repairs.
