We have a water leak, the water is leaking out from underneath a wooden casement (see picture), assume it is a pipe and potentially a rusty washer.

Pipe on the outside of our bathroom connected to the drain pipe is leaking when we run the water in the bathroom, presumably has come loose. Dripping into our downstairs neighbours’ garden. May just be a case of tightening it or a part may need replacing. Need a relatively high ladder, I estimate it’s 4-6M off the ground

Boiler filling loop valve leaks when open. Likely valve needs replacing. Qualified gas safe engineers only.

My toilet is leaking water underneath the base and causing visible water damage, mold/mildew buildup, and cracked tiles around it (see attached photos). The leak looks like it’s coming from underneath or behind the toilet. Hi. I live in Walthamstow E17 8BX and need a mixer changing in our shower and our external boiler flue straightening as it is currently leaking. We have a new mixer so we only need it installing. There’s still a small leak under the kitchen sink, even though the grease/fat trap has already been emptied. The likely cause was grease buildup and blockage – the trap had filled up with solidified grease and food waste, restricting water flow. This can cause pressure to build up in the pipes and joints, forcing water to leak through weak spots. I need someone to: • Inspect the pipes and connections • Identify where the leak is coming from • Tighten or reseal any loose fittings • Make sure everything drains properly and no water is escaping

We have a mixer tap in the kitchen which has started leaking from the levers.

Leak under the sink just drops

The ceramic discs in my old basin taps are broken and won’t stop dripping. Want to replace with new pair purchased online. There is also a slow dripping leak from the ubend behind the sink so I think this will need to be replaced too. I can either purchase or you can supply the ubend. Plumbers preferred.

Leak is coming from the red isolator valve at back of the bath. Needs replacing and we need a check that the leak isn’t coming from anywhere else. Female plumbers to the front! All offers welcome of course.

Leaking tap in the kitchen

I noticed a small leak (a drop every 30 seconds or so) where the tube of the toilet meets the wall, see photo below.

Take out my toilet find leak and fix it! We may need to buy and fit a new toilet, we may not. We will need to cut some plywood (supplied) to fix the floor for sure!

The tube below the sink is leaking water and needs to be fixed.

The floater in the toilet cistern isn’t lifting properly which is causing a leak, in the porcelain toilet itself, we need someone to come and fix this and replace it. It could also be a gasket that needs replacing
