I need the wooden door frame of a building changed

I recently had some shelves, cabinets and a faux fireplace made from MDF. I just need a few small tweaks to the job like reattaching a plug socket to the wall (hole is too big behind the plug) , and creating a back panel for the fireplace

I there. I have two internal doors that need fitting. We have the hinges, doors, and locks. The doors are new and don't have the grooves for hinges/ lock cut out.

I would like to hire a carpenter/joiner to build the wooden base for this seating. There will be a radiator housed under it so it needs gaps/slits to let the heat through. I want the base to look like in the photo. Rough dimensions are in the photo. Price would need to include materials.

The cupboards are already assembled.3 kitchen lower cupboards to be mounted and a waterfall counter. A sink hole to be cut along with hob to cut. 45 angle counter cut rather than end strips

Veneer application to spiral staircase wall (curved MDF substrate already fitted). Area approx 10–12 m². MDF is smooth(ish) but needs further smoothing/filling and edge prep. Require seamless professional finish with joins kept minimal/hidden. Veneer to be stained after application. Veneer provided by me. This is a job for someone that enjoys intricate work.

Below are the deficiency noted by the local authority for my HMO compliance: - Smoke seal partly painted over, which reduces its flexibility, impeding its ability to block smoke. - Ill-fitting bedroom door with gaps of more than 4mm or less than 2mm between the fire door and the frame. This can compromise the fire door integrity by allowing smoke and fire to pass through more easily (The 2–4 mm gap applies to the two vertical sides and the top edge — this ensures the intumescent strips and smoke seals will perform properly in a fire. Too large a gap (>4 mm) may allow smoke and fire to pass through. Too small a gap (<2 mm) can cause the door to stick or not close properly. - Thumb turn lock not available. - Door doesn’t self-close. Severity Severe Below are the sugested remedy - Appoint a reputable fire door remedial service provider to assess and carry out the necessary repairs. The smoke seal must be fully replaced – The smoke seal must be certified UKCA/CE. - Adjust the door so that the gap is between 2mm and 4mm. Test and leave in proper working order. - Install a lock to the bedroom that can be opened from the inside without the use of a key, i.e. a thumb turn lock - Overhead self-closer: Inspect and adjust the tension and closing speed. Ensure that the door always self-closes. I am therefore looking for a professional who knows how to accomplish the above for 8 doors.

Re-setting of some chipboard flooring in the attic. Sawing out a small shelving unit in an outhouse. Freeing up a sticking, slightly swollen door on a shed. Fixing a small swivel bracket ( supplied )to the wall in an upstairs room. Fixing a cantilever bracket ( supplied ) for a tv in the living room.
