Internal door handle sticks, needs a new pin or replacing Door to the flat has fire hinge but the door slams, needs to soft shut!

Wooden doors not closing and lock not latching

We have 13 internal doors we want to change the handles. All door handles purchased. 9 are standard door handles 4 are bathroom locking handles. We have got 4 Bathroom Door Mortice Lock - 64mm, that require installation in the doors and frame. We do not have the tools for this. Existing door handles have a backplate length of approx 119mm The new door handles have a backplate length of 174mm and a backplate width of 42mm, whilst the lever measures 110mm.
