I will be having some flooring delivered on Friday and need help carrying it up one flight into the flat. Delivery slot will only be confirmed on the day so flexibility required on start time. According to google one box weighs 15-18kg, and there will be 36 boxes

We're moving 2 blocks away around the corner and need help with a trolly or a car to move large household things like a king size mattress and a dresser and heavy boxes. Not more than a few loads/trips. Should only take 45mins. We have 6 strong people with hands ready to help lift and move but a trolley or something on wheels would make it infinitely easier for the biggest items.

I need 4 people to unload a pallet being delivered tomorrow morning and move the content (a marble table 2.85m long) to the basement. The top of the table weighs 200kg. The individual legs weigh 40kg each. The top and the legs come disassembled. My architect will be on site to oversee and help.

I need a heavy, large refrigerator lifted up a flight of stairs to my kitchen. The landing is too narrow for the refrigerator to fit so it needs to be lifted through the window in my staircase either out to the balcony where it can easily be brought in through the kitchen door or just semi out the window to clear the banister then brought upstairs. This task requires two to three strong lifters. Additionally, the old refrigerator needs to be brought downstairs in the same way (in reverse). Image of window in staircase provided.

Collect bags from me at Rotherhithe SE164NF and take to Foodbank, Bookank locations in Dalston or Euston, plus 1 bag to a nearby charity shop. Bags are heavy.
