I need to lower a heavy worktop weighing approximately 200 kg from a balcony into a rear courtyard at a residential property in N10, London. Access to the courtyard is extremely restricted, so a vehicle-mounted furniture hoist cannot be positioned underneath the balcony. The equipment may need to be carried through a narrow passage and assembled inside the courtyard, or an alternative specialist lifting method may be required.

Bring a heavy desk upstairs

I need help in pushing and keeping a washing machine back in its position. It is an issue with the weight that is too heavy for us to push in and the tile is uneven under it so we have it a corner that just can’t be pushed any further.
