It needs making good and redecorating. What's needed: • Cut back the loose board edges to a sound line and clear the debris away • Reboard up to 6m² — MOISTURE-RESISTANT board only, it's a bathroom • Scrim, bead and skim flush into the existing wall so the repair doesn't show • Come back once it's dry and paint — mist coat plus two coats of moisture-resistant bathroom emulsion • Leave clean and tidy Please read before you offer: • The bath stays in. Board and finish to the accessible line around it — nothing behind the bath. • This is THREE visits: board, skim, then back to paint once the plaster has properly dried out. Please factor that into your offer.

I’m looking for someone to help with two jobs in my flat: 1. Install 2 curtain poles I already have the curtain poles, brackets and fittings. However, the ceilings are very high and I don’t have a drill or suitable ladder, so you would need to bring your own tools. 2. Connect my washing machine The washing machine is already in position. I’ve identified the additional plumbing parts needed from Screwfix, but I need someone to fit them and connect the machine properly. I have mobility difficulties due to a disability, so unfortunately I’m unable to complete these jobs myself. Ideally, I’d like someone who can do both jobs in one visit. Thank you! 😊
