I bought this free standing electric fireplace and need fitting up

I got 5 window blinds to fix on my windows however they came with the width a bit longer. I found out i can cut it to fix on the window using an electric saw from tiktok wo i ordered an electric saw however i was unable to fix the saw. The fixing needs drill as well i think. But i don't own a drill. So basically i need the blinds cut to fit the size of the window and fixed.

Need to fix a hole in a drywall (5x4 inches)

Assemble coffee tables, install shower rod, put up bathroom mirror

Need to fix my garage door which is wooden and garden gate lock

Have tried DIY ones off of amazon that are made out of a mesh material but these are flimsy and my cats either manage to scrape them off or push against them causing them to fall out. Need something sturdier that they won’t be able to take off. Happy to pay extra for any supplies required.
