Removal of two existing vertical blinds and installation of two new roman blinds.

Fitting only - I'm supplying all the blinds, curtains and poles myself. New-build house, straightforward windows, no bays. Ten windows in total: - 4 blinds fitted inside the window recess (Roman and roller). Sizes range from 395 × 590 mm up to 725 × 1670 mm - 2 blinds on the back French doors, 668 × 1840 mm each - these fix to the door frame or just above it - Curtain poles in 3 rooms (lounge and two bedrooms), plus hanging the curtains. One bedroom has two windows side by side, so that may be one long pole A few things worth knowing: it's a new build so the walls are almost certainly plasterboard - need suitable fixings Windows are uPVC. Everything is at normal ground and first floor height, nothing awkward to reach. There's parking outside. I'd like it all done in one visit if possible. Please quote for the whole job rather than per item and let me know roughly how long you'd need One extra thing: I haven't bought everything yet. The door was forced off and the wall around the door frame needs repairing and I have the door ready to hang. I have all the bits to the frame and door.

Back end of lower tongue and groove panels have started to come out. Hoping it can be repaired! It is the back half, think I overloaded it. If it can be repaired need some additional work of replacing fascias.

Manual retractable patio awning – fit supplied replacement fabric, service/clean mechanism and adjust arms so awning sits level. Awning currently works but is older, one side sits slightly lower and there is a squeak at one point when extending/retracting. Replacement fabric already supplied. We have a Thule 5003 retractable awning fitted to our motorhome. We normally let the Thule down to a height where we can fit our Kampa 390 blow up awning to the Thule cassette by a kador strip , retract this into the Thule cassette and then blow the kampa up. What is happening now is that the whole thing will not fit into the cassette and when one side goes into the cassette the other side does not

Drilling holes through steel lintel

I need someone to help put a few things back in place/ make the place look better before I move out. - I need a door re-hanging as it’s currently on upside down - I need a door handle added to the door - I need two tv brackets taken off the wall, holes filled in so that I can paint over - Light bulb to be fitted to my kitchen light, the casing has cracked and I’m unsure how to re-attach (see pictures) I do possibly also have a job to paint all walls as a once over to cover any marks / scratches and gloss the skirting boards - but this would depend on pricing. The budget is for the first 4 jobs.
