Family Bathroom Drill out, Remove old and Install window lock. Remove rust and Paint radiator with rust-proof paint in rusted areas Replace or fix rubber on shower screen. Apply silicone around the floor/tub. Patch and paint ceiling corners. Replace showerhead. Reseal and fix silicone on the cabinet/shower holder. replace shower rail Ensuite Bathroom Replace or fix bathroom light. Paint shower ceiling (small area less than 1 square metres). Paint radiator where rusted only. Replace mirror or fix glass tray. Reseal shower mixer tap and washer which now has a minor leak. Exterior Fix or replace side PIR light. All wiring in place. Replace or fix garden PIR light. All wiring in place. Remove old paint in 2 door steps or prepare exterior areas for pain
