Hello, I would like to get a quotation for replacing the lift cords in my blinds. Although the blinds were not purchased at your store, I was wondering whether you could repair them. Also, it appears that the plastic (see attached picture) was damaged by the cord, which may also be the reason why it does not work as it is supposed to. I have tried to replace one cord by myself, but it looks like it’s too thick and prevents the blind from moving up and down. I can clearly see that the other two require replacement as well.
