I Have two Made to measure small roller blinds that I need installed

• One wooden bed frame assembled • One large solid-wood coat rack securely mounted to the wall • One plug-in adjustable wall lamp securely mounted • One ceiling light fitting installed/replaced • Two stuck windows carefully opened, if possible (they have a screw in them) The wall construction is unknown and may be plasterboard. You must be experienced in identifying the wall type, locating studs where available, and using suitable heavy-duty plasterboard/cavity or masonry fixings. The coat rack will carry several coats, so it must be safely load-bearing. I do not have screws or wall fixings. Please bring a drill, stud/pipe/cable detector, level, appropriate screws, plugs and heavy-duty fixings. I will reimburse reasonable material costs if agreed in advance. Please only offer if you can complete all listed work and are competent to install the ceiling light safely. Please confirm your wall-mounting experience, tools and estimated duration in your offer.
