I need somebody to cut the plants which are growing over from the neighbour's garden into mine. The main one is a very large and thorny bush. The person who usually cuts it uses an electric saw. There is also a build up of plants on the fences which I would like removed. Please see pics. I would also require the person who takes the job to dispose of the waste they collect, as I don't have a green bin.
