I just moved in a house in SW9 9BU. Since the property has not been occupied for a while, I am looking for an expert who can help clean throughout. In particular, I am looking for an experienced and careful cleaner to carry out a thorough one-off clean of an approximately 10 m² second-floor roof terrace at a house in SW9 9BU. The terrace has removable interlocking deck tiles, and there is accumulated dirt, leaves and organic debris underneath them. The task includes: • carefully lifting all the interlocking deck tiles; • removing all loose dirt, leaves, soil and organic debris underneath; • cleaning the tops, edges and undersides of the tiles; • gently cleaning the underlying balcony surface; • locating and clearing the drainage area; • cleaning the perimeter, low walls, railings, doors and threshold; • moving the existing planters as necessary; • removing dead vegetation; • bagging and removing all resulting waste; and • replacing the deck tiles correctly once the area is clean and sufficiently dry.
