I need the current flooring (fitted carpet and laminate planks) removed from a small studio flat. Only tricky bit is working around and under the existing kitchen cabinets— need to probably cut the laminate from around the bases; see pics.

Laminate to be laid under the existing skirting. Furniture and free standing kitchenette in room will need to be moved to allow the works.

In an area of approx 75sqm that we are renovating we have slightly differing floor levels - only by a few CM, however before laying new flooring we want to make the area more or less level so looking for someone to come in, cut and lay new plywood across the whole area to level things out. Obviosuly approx 50% of the area is already at the right level. Budget excludes materials
