I have bought the vinyl flooring new, currently stored in its boxed. Need it put down in the hallway of my 1 bed flat. The hallway may need levelling to meet the same hight as the bathroom and kitchen. There is currently a light wooden effect laminate on the floor that would need removing. It is concrete underneath.
