We have recently bought a new house and are in the process of renovating. We have pulled up the carpet in the living room, landing and two bedrooms and want to replace it with laminate flooring. We would like you to: a. Cut and lay underlay. b. Cut and lay laminate flooring. c. If necessary, remove existing skirting boards. We will provide the flooring and underlay. If the skirting boards need to be removed, we will re-fit or replace them ourselves. There are fitted wardrobes in both of the bedrooms. We do not need flooring laid inside these. The area we want floored is indicated in the floorplan. The approximate areas of the rooms (excluding fitted wardrobes) are given below. More precise measurements can be provided on request. Living room: 12 square metres Bedroom 1: 10 square metres Bedroom 2: 10 square metres Landing: 6 square metres Our preference is for this work to take place on weekends, as we will have other tradespeople in the house on weekdays.

I have bought the vinyl flooring new, currently stored in its boxed. Need it put down in the hallway of my 1 bed flat.
