The side shroud is already off and the console has already been removed. ACCESS Ground floor, step free. THE JOB Full disassembly, broken down as small as it will physically go without cutting. The parts stay here, you don't need to take anything away. TOOLS - PLEASE READ This is not a flat pack job. Bolts are torqued to 70 to 90 N-m and several are rusted. You'll need hex bit sockets and a breaker bar or impact driver, not just L-shaped Allen keys. Several bolts sit in deep recessed counterbores so short keys won't reach. See the photos for examples. Please only apply if you're confident you can complete the full disassembly. If you turn up without the tools to finish it, I won't be able to pay for a partial job. TIMING Fairly open on times, morning to early afternoon is best but we can discuss. I'll take the cheaper quote from someone with good reviews.

WHAT I NEED There are two options and I want a price for each: 1) Disassembly only, parts left here 2) Disassembly plus you remove and dispose of the parts yourself. Disposal is your responsibility and you must dispose of it legally. Ideally someone can do both. If I can't find that, I'll take someone who can just disassemble it. I'm only looking for someone experienced who is confident on how to fix this, how to source the parts, or if you have the parts, have links, or you can repair it somehow. These parts and fixing this machine may be harder because it's an old machine so I'm not looking for a generalist unless you have specific experience with these old Matrix machines. Machine: Matrix Commercial E5x-04 Suspension Elliptical, 2013. Console model: HURE-5X-04-C The problem: The console screen is completely dead. No display, no backlight, nothing, whether on mains power or while I'm using it. What I've already checked (Matrix E5x-04 service manual): Mains socket confirmed working. The lower control board is healthy on mains power. All its status lights are normal, including the one showing it's sending power up to the console (LED9 lit) & the one showing it's communicating (LED8 blinking). Reseated the console cable at both ends. No change. Opened the console head and checked the console's own power-indicator light (LED2 on the internal board, as the manual describes). On mains power it stays dark, which means power isn't reaching the console. What this seems: Power is leaving the lower board but not arriving at the console. Both the screen and the console's power light are dead, which suggests the fault is before the console's main boards, most likely the console cable (the power & data cable running from the lower board up to the console) or the small board that cable plugs into.

We have a 10metre long sled mat. It seems to have a rubber base like a door mat. We have a concrete floor we would like to affix it to. We need a semi permanent solution. Ensuring the sled mat no longer moves when we add weight to the sled.

Needing to stick Acrylic Mirror sheets to gym wall using tape and mirror glue (no nails, screws or invasive tools permitted due to Grade 2 listed property). There are around 10 sheets and they are quite wobbly and heavy. Expertise with this and careful handling needed and recommend two people needed for the job. No parking on premises unfortunately.
