Hinge of metal gate needs remounting/drilling and securing back into brick wall and then gate put back into place - the brick itself is eroded so might need cement / infilling as this has fallen since being repaired last year

My garden gate is bowing and sagging. The vertical boards have bowed and there is sagging on the latch side. Looks like diagnal braces need to be added and maybe a tension rod.

I purchased a pet fence kit that comes with brackets and mesh fencing (30 meters in length). My plan was to install it myself before I realized that a large part of the fence belongs to my neighbor and I can only drill into the solid cement pillars that prop the fence up on my side. Two sides of the fence (see the attached floor plan) are mine, but one is made of breeze blocks and is relatively low.
