I want to prevent noise coming from upstair flat, which has wooden / timber floor with hollow space in between. The room dimension is approx. 173 inches x 140 inches. I am looking for soundproofing solution.

Replace 2 ceiling lights. One is a pendant light that needs to be swapped for a piece of track lighting. The other is a pendant that needs to be swapped for another pendant.
