I have a wireless RGB light tube that does not charge and i suspect there a fault in the connector or board. If i can wiggle the charger i'm able to get it work for a split second, then it switches off again.

New fitted kitchen and utility room needs a hot water tap and regular tap fitted in both rooms respectively. Sinks need drainage fitted in both rooms and connected to the main waste pipe. Appliances need to be connected includes a washing machine dishwasher and plumbed fridge.

Filling in tile gaps in and around our shower tiles. There was a leak before.

Replace 2 leaking taps with new

Reposting as have been let down twice by the guy I had lined up to do the job… Back in February the upstairs flat had a leaky sink tap which caused some minor damage to our bathroom ceiling below. It’s now fully dry and in need of redecorating. Have attached a photo of the damage initially and now that it’s dry. The biggest patch is above the bathroom window and there is also a small patch on the ceiling above the door. Just need these small sections making good again. FYI this is what the previous contractor had intended to do: “scrape and sand watermarks, fill if necessary and then stainblock the whole ceiling and once dry give the ceiling another full coat of Dulux easy care bathroom paint in white.” If you’d like to take a look before quoting our tenants can be available most evenings after 5:30pm. I need just the steps (not risers or sides) of the inside stairs in my flat. The first set of steps goes from inside my flat entry door up to living area, and next set goes up to bedrooms. Just sand and repaint.
