Install a portable air conditioner window seal kit on an outward-opening casement window. The old adhesive tape must be removed completely, along with any glue or sticky residue and the window frame cleaned and prepared before fitting the new seal. Please do not use the adhesive tape supplied with the kit, as I have my own stronger double-sided tape that I would like to be used instead. Install the new window seal neatly and securely, fit the exhaust hose, and ensure the seal is airtight to minimise hot air, draughts and insects entering the room. The window seal kit is supplied. Please bring any suitable adhesive remover, cleaning materials and basic tools needed. Experience installing portable AC window kits is preferred. A neat, professional finish is important.

Install a 40A BG MCB in the consumer unit. Run MT2 trunking along half the length of the run. Drill through the stud wall into the kitchen. Route 7 metres of 6mm Twin & Earth cable under the kitchen plinth to the new hob. Install a 45A isolator switch inside a low-level cupboard. Test the new circuit and issue an Electrical Installation Certificate (EIC).

Remove external trunking running up one side of interior wall, across the ceiling and down the other side to cooker socket. Chase the wall, bury and secure the cooker cable and test the circuit. There is 7m of chasing required. The job does NOT include filling and plastering.
