I have a new laptop (HP Omnibook 14") and I want to replace the SSD card. I have the SSD card, I have some screwdrivers but I cannot get one of the screws out. If someone can just help me get this screw out, take the back off of my laptop and replace the SSD card that would be excellent. It should take 10 minutes so long as you can remove the screw. About the screw: it is a shoulder screw and comes out part of the way but then keeps rolling around the socket instead of coming out. See the photo
